I had been dipping into my family research for several years and kept coming up against 'The Wall'.....not being able to find the people I wanted or the dates, and not sure what to do next. I asked Kelly for help and within a very short time, she had the information I had been looking for! I was thrilled to receive birth dates, death dates etc for my paternal Grandfather. It was not an easy search because of the most popular surname out there, however, within a short time of asking for Kelly's help, I not only knew the date of his birth etc but had the birth and death certificate in my hands!
